Shipping Policy

Shipping:

All orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are processed and despatched for the next working day delivery. Orders sent on a Friday will arrive on a Monday. Orders received after 12 pm on Friday and at the weekend will be sent on Monday and will ordinarily arrive on Tuesday.

Exceptionally we, or our couriers, may not be able to live up to this expectation, especially if you are in the Highlands and Islands. Equally, if you would like us to use a faster service then please call us to discuss this and place your order on the phone.

Shipping Charges
GB Mainland (excluding Highlands) Delivery:

• £8.00 for order values less than £50
• £10 for order values between £50 and £100
• No delivery charge on orders over £100.

The Highlands, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly & The Channel Islands will have surcharges applied after checkout. We will contact you with the surcharge which will be calculated on an individual basis depending on delivery address. If you do not wish to proceed at that point, we can cancel the order for a full refund. If you wish to get a quote prior to purchasing, then please use our chat facility for this.

Northern Ireland addresses:

• £25 for order values between £100 and £249.99 Not including a smoker.
• £35.00 for order values less than £100
• £60 for orders over £250.
